      They are good with entry level job and help give you tools to be successful in your job. Great work environment

      You can't get promoted. You will need to go back to school to farther your career. Base pay is not great but yearly raises.

      Pros

      Great team and a good company culture. The hospitals are also very active in the community, and they want to be proactive with patients. Every summer they do physicals for students. Taking Care of the Community isn't an official care commitment, but it's seen in the day-to-day efforts of everyone who works here.

      There could be more opportunities for growth on the non-clinical side, that way we don't have to leave a system we love for leadership opportunities.

      Caring and compassionate culture. Everyone from the volunteers to the CEO truly embodies the organization's mission and values. Best place that I have ever worked!
