      Pros

      I loved the physicians that I worked with. They are passionate about their patients and want what's best for them. I also love the team I worked with. Great group of minds assisting one another in putting the patients first.

      Kontras

      Upper management is incredibly out of touch with those working in the offices. Directives come down the pipeline and instead of listening to those who are in the trenches, it becomes their way or the highway. It wasn't always like this. Use to love working there, but then upper management stopped showing appreciation, stopped giving recognition to those performing, and stopped listening.

It's disappointing that you didn't feel appreciated by upper management because we truly strive to create an atmosphere where all employees feel like they're cared about and have a voice.
