      Good co-worker and management. The one thing I dislike the visiting hours and cafeteria is the worst food

      The pay rate is low and for working in the medical field we should be getting paid good

      Pros

      Great team and a good company culture. The hospitals are also very active in the community, and they want to be proactive with patients. Every summer they do physicals for students. Taking Care of the Community isn't an official care commitment, but it's seen in the day-to-day efforts of everyone who works here.

      There could be more opportunities for growth on the non-clinical side, that way we don't have to leave a system we love for leadership opportunities.
