Turnover is through the roof, and every departure heaps even more chaos and pressure onto those still trapped there.

Pros

The pay was alright for my role. Though I am not saying it was good for everybody, it was decent for me at that time and better than my previous employer. So, I liked that.

Take a look at their numbers over the past few years, and you’ll see that this company is going downhill. Employee turnover is alarmingly high, as the workplace has become increasingly toxic over time. All the good employees I knew and worked with have left already, and I was lucky enough to leave on time. Now, things are beyond worse. It’s a jail where existing employees feel trapped. I talked to a couple of them and realized that things might not improve. Why? Because those in power are often there to exploit others. Their poor attitude makes employees feel like slaves, and they escape. It’s awful.
