Pros

Salary gives on time with in 7/8th in every months. Will improve communication skill working with global team Work from home facilities Performance bonus (Not for all)

Notice period is not same for both parties. For company officially its one month and for employee its two months. Less numbers of Government and public holidays they allows No good increments. Working in weekends & extra hours without any benefits, compensations or alternative holidays but they didn't consider Internet shutdown issue in BD and deducted the leave from balance even not given enough time to recover hours. All though in most of the month we have extra hours. No Mentionable employee benefits ( Employee benefits near to zero)

Salary Increments: We understand that compensation is a significant concern. Salary increments are based on individual performance and market trends. We encourage open discussions during performance reviews to ensure clarity on growth opportunities. 4. Work Hours and Compensation: We recognize that working extra hours can be challenging. While working on weekends is not a standard expectation, it may occur during critical project phases and is communicated accordingly. We have policies in place to provide compensation or time off for overtime worked. 5. Deduction of Casual Leaves during Internet Shutdown: Regarding the situation in Bangladesh during the internet shutdown, we ensured that no employee was penalized for circumstances beyond their control. The company’s policy during such events is to support our employees, and deductions were not applied as described. However, the company did ask employees to compensate by working over the weekends for the lost work. We remain committed to improving our work environment and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. 6.
