The culture is really toxic. They make new rules each day to be followed (related to attendance, leave policy, LOP conditions, time in & time out, how often to get up from your desks, your office wear outfits etc.). Your KRA & role changes several times from the time you join and later you are made to adhere to the new KRA without your manager having to ask you if you are okay to work on the new/changed tasks. There will be no performance review discussions with manager.
