Most Coworkers were awesome and supportive. There seemed to be advancement opportunities and room to grow your career. They like to hire from within, so you need to be willing to start from the bottom.

Poor leadership on the local and national level. When there is an issue with an employee, leadership does not address it well, they seem to be unwilling to deal with conflict, which causes additional stress on the team. National leadership just wants to get the numbers a the expense of the employees.
