-Management has good judgement in who should be customer facing, and who should work behind the scenes, especially when certain employees beg to change positions and their demeanors and personalities are clearly poor fits for the position they are asking to change to.
-Inside Sales team changed for the best. Changes were made in 2/19 and the environment is way more positive as a result with toxicity & naysayer attitude gone.
-Solid leadership.
-A lot of talented people work here.
-Profitable

-Certain individuals are bitter and toxic, yet stay longer than they should at the company.
