Pros
They are trying to be a more compelling place to work. Introduced paid maternity leave and a flexible work policy (although this is still very discretionary - not all members can access if their manager has a poor attitude about it). Great location for Melb office in middle of CBD. Some pretty cool product ideas.
Kontras
Top heavy - way too many execs for a smallish org. Despite lots of talk about diversity, management is a total boys' club. More than one instance of overt, public misogyny in my time there. Constant change at the top when vast amounts of profit deemed insufficiently vast. Good product ideas get hamstrung by poor, rushed execution to market. A LOT of turnover, unsurprisingly.
