Pros

Extremely nice people to work with. Great at celebrating achievements and accomplishments. Flexible work environment. Decent benefits. Free tickets are a plus.

It’s a lot of talk, but no real action. Unfortunately at the time, the sales teams did not have any real accountability, leading to no generation of sales or leads. Things could be different now as they have brought in a new head of sales. Sales strategy and pivots aren’t addressed when it comes to the product . Recently enterprises level companies have also taken hits, so they aren’t going to change platforms. Company needs to reevaluate CTA to smaller companies possibly to generate new deals. There has continued to be turn over in leadership in the past two years, so that is never a good sign. I genuinely think that the company will be acquired by someone else in the next couple years so be prepared for this. Hiring and firing practices were also awful. They never gave the employees an opportunity, guidances or a performance plan before termination.
