Pros
In 2011 the single cell advantage was a compelling selling point. By the end of 2012 the products started to fail, management changed for the worse and many of the core employees left the company.
Kontras
Compensation was great if you were able to hit your numbers, but often the quotas were out of line with reality. Old products didn't work with new products so there were compatibility issues within their own product lines. Great leaders left the company including the CEO.
