Pros
Part of UM - so the benefits are g-r-e-a-t!!! Small company that feels like a family, regularly interact with senior execs and CEO all the way down to the mail-room. Some of the tech employees stay in their silos, but for the most part most employees interact together and get along really well. Decisions are typically speedy (sometimes exceptions because of budgetary constraints - it's a non-profit after all). Have read some previous reviews about terrible management - there has been several senior management changes since Jan 2017 and the new management team actively listens and takes feedback from employees. Always feel like they "have your back," and are supportive of employee ideas and endeavors.
Kontras
Wish employees interacted a little bit more - as mentioned previously, some of the tech groups really stay within their silos and do not interact with anyone else. Some of the long term employees have lots of self confidence (which can come across as very arrogant at times). Wish there was more private meeting space and better restroom facilities.
