Pay is good as compared to the level of projects that this org has. Most of the people at entry level are skilled and good to work with.

The people who have been in this organization for long have started feeling like they are gods. "We pay you hefty salaries so you should shut your mouth and should extend your work hours on a daily basis without complaining" - This is what my RM said to me when i raised the issue of daily clocking 13+ hours of work. There are a few good people in the organization but a few toxic senior leadership people made my life worst there. HR is just namesake and have no control on things whatsoever
