3 weeks vacation, flex days, defined contribution retirement plan with employer matching

Kontras

Strict top-down management approach throughout organization. Technology is outdated and cumbersome and creates more work for employees. At the branch level, roles are not clearly defined and that creates confusion and frustration. Not enough opportunity for career advancement.

Lower rate for employee loans

Kontras

Quality of managers is not good, they hire all managers from big 5 just looking at the brand while those people have zero Team management or client facing experience. It may be better to develop internal people into leadership roles. Low salaries as compared to banks, hence difficult to retain and hire actual talent.
