Company goes out of its way to keep employees engaged and happy. Family friendly environment. Great growth prospects for committed employees.

Lots of new employees in the last two years due to growth has led to some inter-company communication issues.

Product is cute. Few people were pleasant to work with.

Nothings a problem until its a problem. Very strange environment, its hard to describe but you pretty much always feel uncomfortable and out of place. No clear procedures in place making it incredibly hard to do your job and feel like you're doing it well. Always catching up to problems. As soon as some people enter the office, the office immediately feels different and uncomfortable. It's very sad, I wanted to love the company due to the product being so happy and cute but the inside of the company doesn't embody this.
