- Management is ineffective and useless. They could care less about the problems in the workplace and who’s not doing their job.
- You get what you pay for and from what I’ve seen I’d be scared to get anything other than a physical here.
- You’re continuously hassled about doing 20% more with 20% less. Basically just continue to keep piling on more work even if you’re just half-assing everything.
- They say that they do wage comparisons and that their pay is “fair,” but If that’s the case why is it that in my department alone 20 people have quit over the past year to go to another hospital who’s offering them 3-5$ more an hour? It makes it impossible to build a strong team and just makes everyone lose hope of ever actually being able to provide good patient care.
- I contacted HR about 3 bullying incidents and was continuously put through to voicemail and never got a call back. Even after giving my 2 weeks and scheduling an exit interview, I was never contacted. You guys could care less about losing quality employees.
