Too bad if your manager will not have the spine to stand up for you or bother to find out the truth. HR is a total waste and do what they are asked to do like puppets without any professionalism. Look else where if you want any dignity in work life and don't waste your time with MeS. Environment very political and overly bureaucratic. Some manager who have nothing to do basically look for reasons to escalate and make an issue out of nothing. Make someone the unfortunate guinea pig so their mistakes get covered with the noise they create.
