Horrible Hour of my life! - Call Center Representative bei Merchant Processing Solutions: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I've been working at Merchant Pro since 2021, and over the past few years of being an employee, I've learned so much and have Grown in the company already. The people that are employed here are treated more like family than just an employee. The management team genuinely cares about you and your success here. This is a exciting , fun and at times even challenging job, The unlimited bonuses are amazing and really make a difference. I couldn't of asked for a better , more welcoming company to work for. I can proudly say I love my job and the people I work with, there's never a day that i dread coming to work, i will stay with merchant pro as long as i am able.

the only con for me is my commute. I do travel farther than id like to based off of where i live personally, BUT, its so worth the drive.

I am clueless about what to write here. It was a nightmare of a job. I am never going back, and I recommend everyone to avoid it.

The people in the leadership are evil. They want you to work from a creepy basement and lie blatantly to others. Their business plans are flawed and useless. Avoid trusting them. It was a thankless telemarketing job. Beware and stay away from this horrible experience.
