I've been working at Merchant Pro since 2021, and over the past few years of being an employee, I've learned so much and have Grown in the company already. The people that are employed here are treated more like family than just an employee. The management team genuinely cares about you and your success here. This is a exciting , fun and at times even challenging job, The unlimited bonuses are amazing and really make a difference. I couldn't of asked for a better , more welcoming company to work for. I can proudly say I love my job and the people I work with, there's never a day that i dread coming to work, i will stay with merchant pro as long as i am able.

the only con for me is my commute. I do travel farther than id like to based off of where i live personally, BUT, its so worth the drive.

I don’t think you can learn anything when you are sitting in a basement and doing telemarketing work. I didn’t.

The nature of the work is such that anybody will feel it’s a ridiculous waste of time. But what made things worse was the poor quality of leads. There were also instances where I had to drive a long distance to reach the destination, and people refused an appointment. It was exhausting and a horrible waste of time and effort.
