Pros

Flexibility is good but must work weekends and evenings to stay ahead.

Kontras

So many changes that it's impossible to even keep up any longer. Don't seem valued as an employee; just an employee number. Low morale. Used to be a wonderful place to work where everyone seemed valued and actually enjoyed their jobs.

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

Kontras

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
