Merced College has way too much favoritism among Administrators and Managers. There is also too much of the "good-ol'-boys-club" attitude going on. Everyone "says" their mission is about the advancement of the students, but in reality it is every department and person for themselves. This creates a very hostile attitude between employees at times.
