My direct team members, willingness to help each other, the good old parties, lunch and the view at the river side of the building made me smile.

Management! With the leave of Derek Roos leadership and vision has left the building as well. Almost entire board consists of inexperienced employees who have been placed in a management position by Siemens. Small group of intimates with lots of favoritism. HR always talks about the preservation of the of the Mendix values, but is not familiar with the basic principal; Practice what you preach.
