The single best pro is that Menards identifies potential and hardwork and moves you along to higher positions. This happens at both the store level all the way to the corporate office.
Kontras
Since it's a private company, Menards can afford to experiment or 'shoot from the hip' when it comes to product development - this is great in itself, but everyone has an opinion and it's hard to come up with a sound resolution without making everyone happy.
