One of the worst - Sales Team Member bei Menards: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Way too much politics are involved when speaking about Menards. People are constantly let go for most ridiculous reasons. Seems like the only way to advance in the company is if you suck up to the superiors instead of putting in hard work. The company is not open to change and is definitely not open to employee's recommendations. From the 3 years that I worked there the company did less and less for the employees. Unfortunately since this is private owned business, and most of negative practices and policies come from the very top I do not see much change in the future. I do not recommend.
