Company makes part of your salary listed as bonus to short you if you get fired and lower your EI benefits. Also, this "bonus" is the reason why those people in those departments will never get a raise. The company pads their bottom line by not even keeping their staff wages up with inflation. Loyalty is punished

Owner does not care about his staff. All Ontario locations closed down except Etobicoke with not even a few days notice. Everything else.
