None, don't bother with this company. Wasted 3.5 years just for the store to be closed due to owners negligence.

Kontras

- Job instability (they shutter stores out of the blue) - No manager training, so you'll get the subjective reality of whoever is running the location you are working at - Toxic work enviornment, in which management are not held accountable for their behavior

Pros

Decent pay in sales, tech and management

Kontras

If you are back of the house staff like CSR, receiving, RMA, merchandizing, your pay will only ever be fine. Company makes part of your salary listed as bonus to short you if you get fired and lower your EI benefits. Also, this "bonus" is the reason why those people in those departments will never get a raise. The company pads their bottom line by not even keeping their staff wages up with inflation. Loyalty is punished

Customer interaction and staying up to date on technology.

Kontras

Owner does not care about his staff. All Ontario locations closed down except Etobicoke with not even a few days notice. Everything else.
