While it is no secret that the company underwent a lot of change with the two divestitures, we have launched some exciting new products and are seeing improvement in our sales activity. We recognize and greatly appreciate the dedication and skillful talent of our people which is a key difference maker for our customers. Regarding the comments on morale - the company recently conducted an employee satisfaction survey in which the results showed much improvement from last year and in many cases, the company results were higher than industry norms. These results, in part, are due to collaborating with employees and implementing their suggestions. To address the comment on the Glassdoor reviews: a leadership meeting was held in which our employer brand was discussed - including Facebook, Glassdoor and Indeed - however there was no 'mandate' for managers to write positive reviews. Managers were encouraged to submit a review if they were so inclined and were not given any directive as to what to say in their review. As you know, the reviews on Glassdoor are anonymous and it cannot be determined that positive reviews are only from management.. Given the positive improvement from the employee feedback survey and several of employee reviews, it looks like directionally things are improving. We remain very committed to continuous improvement and believe that our people share a similar view.
