The company in its latest iteration is flailing to find its market with little hope for success.
This failure to grow and thrive is borne by the workers but is in fact the fault of the CEO & board and decisions they made when breaking up the previous version of MegaPath.
The expression "The beatings will continue until morale (and sales) improve" is spot on for MegaPath. Sadly there is little hope for improvement.
Oh and all those sparkly reviews you read here? A mandatory managers meeting was held a few months ago to discuss them. Rather than try to understand why there were so many negative reviews, zero discussion, the CEO mandated that managers should coordinate writing positive reviews, one or two a month, to try to burnish the company's ratings.
