I joined this company soon after graduating from university. I wanted a company that was driven to go places and somewhere that could facilitate my own development. Meet has not only given me the tools to find my own path and develop my own recruitment career, but has also backed me to be a part of there ambitious growth as a leader in the Life Sciences recruitment space. A great atmosphere, the CEO hires great people who get great results. I took this job with a few other offers hanging around for some good companies but have never looked back. Can't wait to continue growing with this great company!

Hard to say. Early mornings and late-ish evenings, the classic cons of recruitment. But you've got to want it I suppose...

Management may be great sales people but lack management skills and employees are mistreated. My advice would be to watch yourself and trust no one. So many examples of men having inappropriate relations with their subordinates. However all upper management lack basic management skills. The job opportunities available for recruiters to advertise are poor. Its been a good few years since I've been there but I am surprised they are still up and running.
