Great little company - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei MeeGenius: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Got to work with some great collegues and individual talent. Was able to use a wide variety of skills to get my job done.

The leadership was the main drawback. Great ideas from employees were ignored or mishandled. None of the members of upper management have experience running a technology or publishing company and it showed in all the decisions. Many good employees were let go needlessly because they could not met the vague and unrealistic expectations. The product was also suspect and not built correctly. New features were launched without testing and customers frequently suffered.

Pay was fair. Location in New York is good. Work could be interesting at times and skills could be developed.

This place was very disorganized. Major decisions were often reversed for little or no reason wasting tons of time and energy. Communication was lacking in all aspects. There was very little respect for employee's time and efforts and all employees were considered expendable. Unfortunately fear seemed to be the main motivator here.
