Every day the management changes their decisions without any clear direction. There’s no proper HR or accountant — yet all HR and finance-related decisions come directly from the MD. The work environment is toxic, and most senior employees lack experience and professionalism. Sometimes they even assign junior employees as project leads, which makes no sense. The company badly needs system and process improvement. They don't think about employee future and job security at all.
