The flexi-time work arrangement assists in work-life balance.

Kontras

Company culture is immature, unevolved and reminiscent of the pre-democratic era. The race distribution is also very old school Afrikaans. Ideas from other races are so stifled that this directly impacts on one's delivery. Opinions are formulated not from an objective view but they are created much like in highschool at playground, led by a bully or the most whinny person.
