The work management of MediaWeb is so good and they are using proper agile methodology of software development. Provide relax environment to the developer. They prefer contract with employee.

I don't like their office location.

Management is run by shareholders who does not call about anything, no direction and lack of drive, as a result employees are not taken of and working amongst colleagues are rather bad as there is no idea on what is going on
