I love Medefer, I’ve been here for a year, and feel good to be at work each day. Friendly people. Flexible. Good culture and standards. The product is good, communication is good, feel lucky to be part of the team. Redundancies have happened since I’ve been there and I know that’s unsettled some people. That’s to do with external influences as Medefer is dependent on ICBs
