Low pay. One of the owners is cheap and will find ways to underpay employees. Even will use his family. Will hire as hourly, make you take comp days so he doesn’t have to pay you overtime. Then after saying this is wrong he changed the job to salary and no more comp days. You don’t make a lot per hour anyways but go salary you might as well work at Burger King, get more per hour there.
