• Amazing team environment with coworkers across various teams who are willing to help out

Kontras

• Senior leadership either blatantly or willfully ignores declining morale across the company and does zero to address it. Also masking that things are going well, when it’s evident that it’s not. • Host of service delivery issues including support and proctor challenges that are cyclical and never improve. This coupled with frequent platform issues make it very difficult to retain business.

Instead, there's a pattern of downplaying serious issues and presenting an overly positive external narrative that doesn't align with internal experience. • The CEO appears to function more as an extension of board priorities than as an independent, effective leader, contributing to a lack of strategic direction and accountability at the top. • Minimal investment in employees no meaningful development programs, training, retention efforts, or recognition which erodes trust and engagement over time. • Similarly, there's insufficient investment in technology and infrastructure, leading to platform and service delivery problems. These issues harm client satisfaction and make it increasingly difficult to retain business.
