I guess that's one way to avoid the WARN act. (Closure of the Boulder facility was preceded by two rounds of layoffs a few months apart) - Employee support concentrates to the top. - Inflated salaries for the higher ups in this 'Boys Club'. - Major shift of focus to quantity of product over quality only makes sense if a company is floundering to repay investors and keep afloat.
