The employee satisfaction team is an absolute sensation. They organize many events for employees, making it easy to remember normal life before the war.

A product designer hits the ceiling too fast. There isn't enough room for growth. Micromanagement and a touch of toxic communication from the managerial side are issues. The service design team operates more like an agency within a product company.
