I have worked at MGR for years and can’t say enough about the company, staff and clients. Each day I look forward to getting into the office and feel invigorated by the energy of the principals and staff at MGR. Each person at MGR not only has a positive attitude and team player mentality, but also brings their own unique talent (writing, media relations, social media, etc.) to the table making for a productive and fun environment! I also love the fact the office dialogue is very collaborative and it is easy to bounce ideas off of colleagues and principals due to the open environment. All clients are B2B companies located across the globe, which make the day-to-day work interesting - especially when traveling to visit clients all around the world! The amount of experience in the B2B PR industry I have gained while at MGR is invaluable! The location can’t be beat! MGR is right in downtown Boston and close to all transportation making the commute easy. There are amazing restaurants right outside the front door for entertaining after work and everything else in the city is within walking distance. I have been promoted several times while at MGR. The time and effort management has invested in training me over the years has definitely helped me thrive professionally. MGR recognizes dedicated, hardworking employees and has always been very generous with compensation.
