      Pros

      Fairly stable employment, location is good, training is good - most procedures are documented and their are good benefits.

      Kontras

      Lots of micromanagement - employees are not valued. Management style is archaic. Management has been known to have temper tantrums.

      Pros

      I run the HMC at Maynard inc and have been doing it for 3 years.

      Kontras

      It’s the only machine I know how to run. I don’t know any old types of machines because the one I’ve been running is brand new and way more complex than most machines.
