The bar is so low and all the capable people have already left, so it's easy to 'get in' and hold a job there for as long as you want, provided you have no real aspirations and you don't mind changing your job spec whenever the MD feels like it.
Kontras
Old school mentality, zero thought into planning a sustainable roadmap for any support functions, the company still thinks sales and purchasing are the only ones 'keeping the lights on' whilst the rest are just costing them money and not producing anything.
