Friendly colleagues (therapists), working as a multidisciplinary team

Unempathetic management, no sick leave, minimal annual leaves, long working hours, low pay, they tend to overwork staff, neglect staff wellbeing

This workplace has exceptional therapy rooms and equipment. The therapists are experienced and have their hearts in the right place, helping many children to overcome their difficulties everyday, usually making wonderful progress and unlocking participation in their schools and homelife. The support and education of parents is excellent. I haven’t seen better parental assistance.
