Really nice persons in all the teams Alot of activities organised by the company: hackathones, internal/external presentations(beers, knowledge and bounding), team buildings, etc.; also, activities organised internaly by the employees(ex: boardgame nights, laser tag, etc. - sometimes these are sponsored by the company) A lot of young persons. Perfect place for a beginner. Salary bonus based on the company revenue.(if we reach a target we can get the bonus)

Lots of experienced persons are let to go Salary is not that high

Everybody is friendly and the company cares about your well being. It is impossible to not like this place. You are free to be yourself, as long as you do your job and everybody respects you. Also, it takes part to a lot of outdoor and indoor events.

I'm not sure I can find any, compared to any companies of it's level.
