Pros

They could be used to give you a lift into a real career in a industy where highly educated and good motivated engineers are really needed. They send you the tax-reduced Xmas present to your home adress.

Kontras

- hard playing on all levels, internally and externally - not quality driven but selling consultancy hours as much as possible - no trustworthy management - HR department plays games with employees - hire and fire mentality - lots of selling, overpromising stories but no facts all the time - cowboy mentality in services and products - focused to hire ( and fire ) young unexperienced engineers - swapping and changing strategies and plans most of the time - lots of politics

Pros

With Maxgrip you are able to work hybrid. Feel likes family.

Kontras

log commute, but again that is not a problem because it is only two days in the office.
