1. Monopoly. 2. Extreme pressure and multiple projects. 3. Pride is preferred over creativity and solutions. 4. Not trustable when it comes to policies. 5. 70% Saturday and sunday need to work. 6. Pros

- Best hands on experience - Plenty of work (There will never be a time when you won't have a project) - Very warm environment, nice people. - The COO, Mr. Dhananjay Kulkarni is probably the most helpful and supportive boss one can have. - Open Door policy: You can ask your PM/COO/CEO for absolutely any help/guidance you seek in any matter.

Kontras

- Too much work. As a result, heavy working hours. You may have to work late nights and often on weekends too. - No SDLC models being followed. - Technology learning on a need-to-know basis. No learning based trainings, etc. - No canteen. Pantry only has tea/coffee. Dining area is also quite small. - Meagre parking area. - No entertainment/recreation facilities.

Pros

1. Get to work on core technology. 2. Opportunity to work with good projects and highly skilled mentors 3. Great team work,encourage your ideas and try new things. 4. Probably the only company where the CEO/SVP says we all fail together (unlike other companies where at times of failure scapegoats are found and heads roll). 5. Probably the only company where the CEO/SVP know each and every employee individually and guides them to grow on carrier path.
