Pros
There are a lot of great things about GRAPH, especially when benchmarked against others in the same industry. Values: Strong set of core principles that are truly meaningful and actually upheld. Culture: Very flat structure, which helps contribute to the collaborative environment. Everyone is a peer and thought partner, regardless of title. Workload can be demanding, but it's at least similar to other consulting firms, and at GRAPH, everyone is in it together - that goes a long way, and speaks to the supportive culture. Opportunity: So much room to grow at GRAPH - incredible exposure to experienced clients, variety of work that keeps you learning, young company supporting everyone to contribute to it's future, sharp peers with a variety of backgrounds... the list goes on. I can't imagine where I'd be today without the experience I gained at GRAPH. Leadership: GRAPH's leadership is par none. What they've built to date would have taken others 2-3x the time, at least, and likely would not have been done as well. I think it can safely be said that partners of any consulting firm are bright, but those at GRAPH are a step above. Where they really stand apart though is their compassion and drive - it'd be hard to point a finger at another company with leadership that truly cares about the business, the people, and the clients as much as those at GRAPH do. People: Similar to leadership, the whole group at GRAPH is just an all-around great crew. It was a true pleasure to work with everyone at GRAPH, and it's no doubt the thing I'll miss most.
Kontras
One downside is the workload. Based on the demanding nature of the work, hours can sometimes be longer, and that's not for everyone. That said, work/life balance is at least on-par/better at GRAPH than at other similar firms.
