Pros
They pay on time, you can work for it for many years.
Kontras
They want you to do as much hours as possible (hours not work). They take your money to pay for extra vacations you take (if you don't work your minimal hours they will get from your vacation, the same for sick days...) There is no such thing as: raise, bonus, etc. They don't give you many vacation days only by law, as a husband you'll get just 3-4 days after you son/daughter is born, you need to work for 6 hours before Yom Tov, a full work day during Pessach and Sucot, etc.
