Was hired as a CAD Operator. While working, was told that I did a great job with my drawings and drafts. I went out of my way to talk to the engineers and lead CAD drafters about wanting to learn more, go on surveys, etc to eventually be able to move up and be able to learn. They emailed me about how it was great that I was motivated to learn more and that they would be more than willing to talk more about it with me. The next day, on Friday after work, the job agency who got me the job told me that Matrix said it was my last day and that I wasnt a good fit. I worked 1 week and they let me go. How is it possible that I wasnt a good fit, yet they said I was doing a great job and the day before they tell me that they will talk to me more about opportunities and how after 90 days, they would have a progress report meeting etc. That whole Friday, they led me on like nothing was wrong and hid behind the agency who introduced me and had them tell me I was done. Thought it was a great place to work amd thought the people were great until that happened. Not once did they talk to me about anything that they felt I was doing wrong even though I couldnt have if they are telling me I was doing a great job. Not worth working here. 2 faced people
