Always interested in continuing learning and keeping up with technology. Very solid direction that doesn't change every year. People are really smart. Really good perks and benefits such as Wednesday breakfast and annual summer outing for the whole family.

Very centrally based, so not a lot of telecommuting allowed. Because there are so many smart people, it's sometimes hard to keep up. Because everyone has a voice, and we make decisions for the long term, sometimes the pace of change is slow.
