Balanced work environment with plenty of very capable people who are smart and passionate about MathWorks products and services. Campus gets better every year. For those who earn the right, there is plenty of limited autonomy. There are many other places to work, but few are as stable or secure. Wonderful suite of benefits and bonuses.
Kontras
Insanely complex and painful review process that wastes enormous amounts of time that unfortunately has a minimal return on investment. There are significant limits on management's decision making authority as almost everything involves over-engineered processes and approvals.
